The practitioner
Megan, FNP
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Founder of Mending Well, a private membership association in Vancouver, Washington.
Megan began her healthcare path in 2007 as a nurse’s aide, sitting with people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. In 2008 she became an LPN and joined a medical mission in El Salvador — the first of several seasons of service that still shape how she practices.
She earned her RN and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University in 2012, then trained in critical care at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore. From 2014 to 2021 she served as a critical care nurse at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
Her work has taken her to Malawi, and to Lesbos, Greece, during the 2015 Syrian refugee crisis. In 2021 she founded Cascade Infusions and Private Care, PLLC, using that critical-care skill to guide more than a thousand people through severe COVID-19 illness with home-based IV therapies and concierge care — with zero patient losses.
In 2024 she opened this association as an FNP, blending conventional medicine with holistic therapies so members can be treated as whole people, in private, without the machinery of a public clinic.
